IS THE TRIAL RUN INCLUDED?

we offer one hair and makeup trial for 20% off.

HOW MANY STYLISTS WILL BE COMING?

the number of stylists are determined by the needs of services for your event. we try to keep the getting ready time to no more than four hours, therefore we will send as many stylists as needed to complete the services by that time frame.

WILL THERE BE A TRAVEL FEE?

we include a 60 mile radius from the twin cities. any location outside of that radius will be $1/mile. there will only be one travel fee no matter how many stylists are going. during the months of NOVEMBER-MARCH the travel fee will be $2/mile.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY TRIAL RUN?

you can get your trial on the calendar for 6-8 weeks prior as soon as you’re ready to book.

HOW CAN WE PREP FOR THE DAY OF?

please have clean/dry hair, as we do not bring blow dryers. please remove all makeup and complete skin care routine at least 30 minutes prior.

IS THERE A MINIMUM/MAXIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED

we have a five person minimum per service, that means five for hair, five for makeup. you may choose to hire us for one service, in which, we require five humans per service. we do not have a maximum amount of people per service.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

if your cancelation occurs 30 or more days prior- your non-refundable booking fee will be kept.

if your cancelation occures 14-29 days prior- your non-refundable booking fee will be kept AND you will be charged an additional $200.

if your cancelation occurs 13 days or less prior - your non-refundable booking fee will be kept AND you will be charged an additional $500.

WILL PALINDROME PROVIDE A SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY OF?

no, we appreciate all persons receiving services to be ready and “on deck”. this helps us stay on time.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

a $100 booking fee is due at the signing of the contract, in order to reserve your date.

the trial run payment is due on the day of that trial.

the remaining balance is due the day of and can be paid individually or in a lump sum.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

we accept all major credit cards, cash, venmo, or paypal. we do not bring change for cash or accept checks.
